• Responsible for the cashiering function for the assigned shift.
• Verify all cash in the cashier drawer at the beginning of the shift to ensure that the float amount is correct and that there is adequate change.
• Efficiently process cash or credit-card payment for all transactions.
• Ensure all cash change returned is accurate.
• Check and verify all cheques received and tabulate all cash and cheques for depositing into the bank.
• Be aware of all table numbers to facilitate billing.
• Responsible for checking and ensuring all operating stocks used in the cashiering function are sufficient and replenished when needed.
• Responsible for informing the head cashier of any food or beverage cancellation made after billing.
• Responsible for weekly cleaning and maintenance duties assigned.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an added advantage. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
