Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise and guide café staff during shifts
• Schedule staff and manage daily manpower efficiently
• Ensure food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and petty cash
• Assist in inventory management and stock control
• Support monthly stock take and report discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Train new staff and assist in ongoing staff development
• Assist management with daily reports and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in café or F&B supervision
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Able to motivate and lead a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of café operations and POS systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
