Asia Travel Soft Sdn. Bhd. is Malaysia 1st technology company established to provide digital business solutions for travel agencies and tourism operators. It is a subsidiary of N2N Connect Berhad. The company develops and operates an integrated cloud-based platform designed to help travel agencies digitalize their business operations, improve financial management, and increase sales efficiency through automation and data-driven tools.

Job Description:

• Prospect, approach and follow up with potential travel agency clients.
• Conduct Trevob product demonstrations and commercial discussions in Mandarin.
• Prepare proposals, maintain sales records and progress opportunities toward successful onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, product training and workflow guidance for new clients.
• Support existing clients with product clarification and structured issue follow-up.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate clearly with product and development teams.
• Build referral relationships and identify account expansion opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Mandarin proficiency is required because this role directly serves Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Working proficiency in English or Bahasa Malaysia for internal communication.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and follow-up skills.
• Comfort learning software and explaining processes to non-technical users.
• Willingness to handle a combination of sales, onboarding, training and client communication.
• Experience in B2B sales, customer service, travel, ERP or SaaS is an advantage; capable fresh graduates may apply.
• Commission based.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
