Full Time Service Crew
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week

Part Time Service Crew
Rate: RM10/hour

Job Description

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the cashier (POS) system and process customer payments.
• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, service counter, and workstations at all times.
• Assist in basic food and beverage preparation according to company SOPs when required.
• Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
• Replenish stocks and supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
