Maintain and optimize Foreign Material (FM) control procedures, FM QIS systems, station monitors, and fingerprint databases.
Develop and execute FM yield improvement roadmaps with process area owners to achieve quality and yield targets.
Lead contamination control projects and coordinate resources from Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Facilities.
Monitor FM-related data and trigger timely corrective actions for abnormal production conditions.
Perform FM analysis to identify critical risk areas and guide improvement priorities.
Conduct cleanroom audits, line walks, and compliance assessments to identify and eliminate contamination risks.
Lead root cause investigations and implement containment and preventive actions for FM excursions.
Support cleanroom construction, equipment relocation, and new line setup activities through FM risk assessments and control plans.
Qualify new materials for cleanroom use and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
Collaborate with Facilities on cleanroom air particle monitoring, HVAC performance, and contamination control effectiveness.
Support customer, supplier, and internal audits, meetings, and quality investigations. Train and qualify FM coordinators and new employees on FM standards and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Materials Science, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
5-8 years of experience in contamination control, cleanroom operations, quality engineering, or related manufacturing environments.
Experience in IC Substrate, HDI PCB, Semiconductor Packaging, Electronics Manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
