• Manage daily quality activities at the Penang site.
• Monitor quality performance, defects and customer complaints.
• Investigate quality issues and identify root causes.
• Lead 8D, RCA and CAPA activities.
• Work with Operations and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare quality reports, KPI and trend analysis.
• Support customer quality requirements and communications.
• Conduct internal process audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain quality procedures, work instructions and records.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects and rework.
• Provide hands-on quality support to the site operations.

Pay: RM2,402.75 - RM7,920.83 per month
