Procurement:

• Purchasing for Turnaround Projects
• Source services and materials for all functions in co-operation with central Procurement
• Run procurement process in co-operation with Singapore departments from supplier identification to purchase order and material receiving.
• Participate in commercial negotiations with material and service providers.
• Arrange expediting of critical orders.
• Maintain list for preferred suppliers and negotiate frame contracts with selected suppliers.
• Arrange archiving of contracts and other commercial documents.
• Optimise vendor base and continue to look for competitive and reliable source.
• Identify opportunity that can add value and generate cost optimisation.

Purchasing using Bio+:

• Make sure that daily Bio+ / SAP activities for procurement functions are timely and correctly done.
• Continuous Process Improvement - to identify and drive process improvement ideas.

Commodity Category Management

• Tech Services and Equipment
• Consumables and tools
• Lab Services and Equipment
• Waste Management
• Safety Equipment
• Utilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in supply chain or other related certificate/courses.
• Proficient in MS Excel and in using SAP.
• Experience working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery projects will be an advantage.
