Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Researcher, where you'll conduct comprehensive analyses to drive strategic decision-making in the financial sector. Leverage your expertise to influence critical business outcomes across various Asia-Pacific markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market, industry, and macroeconomic research focusing on insurance and financial services within Asia-Pacific.
• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and business implications.
• Monitor regulatory, policy, and competitive changes pertinent to life insurance, asset management, and financial sectors.
• Prepare high-quality research reports, executive summaries, and presentation materials for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the formulation of regional strategies, business planning, and assess investment or partnership opportunities.
• Assist with market entry studies and feasibility analyses, as well as other strategic initiatives as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams across multiple locations on cross-border research projects.
• Update and maintain internal research databases, dashboards, and reference materials.
• Address ad-hoc research requests and deliver timely, accurate insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in research, strategy, consulting, insurance, financial services, or investment-related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in Japanese to review Japanese-language market reports, communicate with Japan-based stakeholders, and conduct research on the Japanese market.
