HR Executive – Recruitment

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Cheras, Maluri

Employment Type: Contract (Renewable Yearly) – On-site

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000

Job Responsibilities

• Handle 360 recruitment from manpower planning, sourcing, screening and interviews to offer and onboarding.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies based on different roles, hiring urgency and target candidate profiles.
• Explore and manage multiple sourcing channels including JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and others recruitment communities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring positions.
• Track recruitment performance such as candidate quality, response rate, time-to-hire and offer acceptance.
• Work closely with hiring managers to improve job requirements, interview process and hiring effectiveness.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, university partnerships and career events.
• Handle basic HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, resignation and employee records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR / recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, communication and candidate engagement skills..
• Good command of English and Mandarin to direct report to the oversea management.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
