Location: City Hall

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical exposure to supply chain operations, procurement, logistics coordination and commercial development in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the custom clearance, track shipments and process shipping documents.
  • Handle supply chain data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
  • Handle purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and support procurement operations.
  • Create production and logistics plans, optimize scheduling and resources.
  • Interact with colleagues from Headquarters (Operations, Sales & Marketing, Accounting etc) and external parties (Customers, Suppliers etc).
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be Singaporean.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum Diploma in Business/Logistics / Supply Chain / Fashion Design or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Mother Tongue.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
  • A proactive team player who can work independently, take initiative and solve problems effectively.
