Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the manpower agency.
• Oversee recruitment, interviews, and worker deployment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle employee relations, worker welfare, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Employment Agency requirements.
• Manage Work Permit, S Pass, IPA, renewals, cancellations, and transfers.
• Lead and supervise the operations team.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Prepare operational reports and improve work processes.
• Support business development and client acquisition.
• Class 3 Driving
• Able to speak native languages is preferred or advantage

Requirements

Diploma

• Minimum 5 years' experience in manpower/recruitment operations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and Employment Agencies Act.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
