Responsible for project procurement and contracting activities, including soliciting quotations, comparing bids, negotiating prices, preparing bid-comparison matrices, and recommending awardees; and performing quality, health/safety, and environmental (QHSE) checks on related verification documents.
Select competitive suppliers and contract packages to ensure a sufficient number of valid bids enter the award process. Conduct floor-price analyses to ensure award results are efficient and align with project budget requirements and market conditions.
Perform commercial bid evaluations, review vendor information and project characteristics, and ensure contract terms adequately bind vendors and meet the project’s schedule and quality requirements.
Implement project procurement plans to ensure issued contracts and work schedules satisfy project needs.
Requirements
Master's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in subcontract, purchasing in EPC industry
Strong communication skills to effectively convey project information and coordinate teams
Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and optimize outcomes
Organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders and project demands
