Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor BIM teams across regional and international offices.
• Build a high-performing BIM team through coaching and succession planning.
• Optimise BIM resource allocation across offices and projects.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across BIM teams.
• Set performance expectations and monitor team productivity and quality.

BIM Strategy & Standards

• Develop and implement the global BIM strategy aligned with business goals.
• Maintain and improve BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.
• Ensure consistent BIM execution across projects and offices.
• Lead BIM implementation for multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Develop and maintain BEPs, modelling standards, and QA procedures.

Technical Leadership

• Serve as the BIM and CAD subject matter expert.
• Provide technical guidance on modelling, coordination, and digital delivery.
• Resolve complex BIM and CAD technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and industry standards.

Digital Engineering & Innovation

• Monitor emerging BIM, CAD, and digital engineering technologies.
• Evaluate and implement innovative digital tools and solutions.
• Drive digital transformation to improve project efficiency and data quality.
• Identify and implement opportunities for workflow automation.

Quality & Governance

• Establish and implement BIM quality control procedures and audits.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet accuracy and quality standards.
• Define and monitor BIM performance KPIs.
• Promote best practices in model and data management.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with engineering, project, IT, and business leaders on digital initiatives.
• Represent BIM capabilities in client meetings and technical discussions.
• Support bids and presentations by showcasing BIM capabilities.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and industry partners.

Training & Capability Development

• Develop and deliver BIM and CAD training programs.
• Identify competency gaps and implement development plans.
• Promote continuous learning and professional certification.
