Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle progress tracking of project(s) by monitoring task completion and identifying delays.
• Assist in project scheduling and allocation of manpower or equipment.
• Coordinate and follow up with project teams on deliverables and deadlines.
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, or progress reports.
• Handle project costing and bill-cost reconciliation.
• Maintaining project records, logs, and supporting information such as training records.
• To receive and to act on work instructions given by Supervisor.
• Provide general administrative support.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates without prior experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• Prior experience in the engineering sector will be an advantage.
• Possess a minimum diploma qualification in any engineering discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
