Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate construction site operations to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain productivity and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure safe and efficient work execution
• Monitor workers’ attendance, productivity, and performance to maintain operational standards
• Assign tasks and provide clear guidance to workers and subcontractors to meet project goals
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify safety hazards and work defects promptly
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to track and report work progress
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies on site
• Attend site meetings and deliver accurate updates on project status and challenges
• Assist in planning work schedules and manpower allocation to meet project deadlines effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant working experience in construction site supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety requirements and site operations
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively
• Immediate availability is an advantage
