Job Summary

You will arrange daily work for supervisors, monitor attendance and work performance, conduct on-the-job training for new workers, manage maintenance and minor troubleshooting of baking equipment, and ensure compliance with MOM workplace safety and SFA food regulations.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and assign daily tasks to supervisors to ensure smooth bakery operations
• Monitor employee attendance and evaluate work performance to maintain productivity
• Conduct on-the-job training for new workers to ensure skill development and operational readiness
• Manage regular maintenance inspections and perform minor troubleshooting on baking equipment to minimize downtime
• Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) workplace safety regulations and Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to support teamwork and positive work environment
• Demonstrate a positive attitude to foster collaboration and motivate staff
