Job Description

• Operate CNC machines including milling (3-axis & 5-axis) and turn-mill to produce precision components according to engineering drawings
• Set up workpieces and ensure all parts meet specified tolerances in the printed drawings
• Program CNC operations using MasterCAM with efficiency and accuracy
• Handle complex machining profiles and high-tolerance components
• Design jigs and fixtures for CNC setups and QC inspections
• Support production schedules and ensure timely delivery of commitments
• Provide technical input to Sales Engineers on new parts’ quotations, machining feasibility, and procedures
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve production processes
• Maintain 5S workplace standards and follow safety regulations

Job Requirements

• NITEC/ Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering,Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical sketches
• Skilled in using quality measuring equipment and selecting appropriate tools
• Proficiency in MasterCAM programming is an advantage
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC milling and lathe machine setup and operation is highly valued.
• Familiarity with tool selection for machining engineering plastics
• 5.5days’ work week and willing to work overtime
• Availability for 2 months rotating day/night shift with allowance
• Positive attitude, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
