岗位职责

  • Greet, receive, and serve drinks to all walk-in clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the pantry, meeting rooms, and overall office to ensure a clean, tidy and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Arrange and coordinate courier services (e.g., dispatching documents, sending samples or color proofs via Lalamove) and plan delivery schedules with the company driver.
  • Collect incoming mail daily from the letterbox, record the date and time received, and distribute it to the relevant departments.
  • Ensure all outgoing letters and documents are dispatched on the same day without delay.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail in the system (e.g., payment entries, dispatch logs).
  • Provide administrative support to team, including filing, photocopying, scanning tasks.
  • Handle the purchase and inventory management of office supplies, stationery, beverages and pantry items.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and servicing of office equipment such as printers, photocopiers and other office machinery.
  • Assist the Project Manager with Permit to Work (PTW) applications and follow up with mall management or relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks, duties, or projects assigned by management.

  • Printing service provider - Our printing services include high-quality digital printing for sticker, banners, business cards, flyers, and more. We cater to both small and large volume orders.
  • Signage maker - We specialize in creating custom signs for various purposes. Our offerings include signs, banners and vehicle wraps.
  • Carpentry services - Our carpentry services encompass custom furniture making, cabinetry, and structural woodwork. We provide tailored solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring high craftsmanship.
  • Event support services - We specialize in creating captivating window displays. We handle everything from design and installation to lighting and maintenance, ensuring the displays attract attention and enhance brand visibility.
