Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Specialist/Engineer to develop innovative AI solutions by applying machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis. Collaborate with teams to design, test, and deploy AI projects that drive innovation and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI algorithms and models to enhance system performance and improve user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI challenges and develop effective solutions
• Research and apply current AI technologies and best practices to guide project decisions
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate AI solution effectiveness and optimize outcomes
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI systems, including data models, processes, and performance metrics
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot AI-related issues to ensure project success
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI-related roles
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for AI system deployment and maintenance
• Familiarity with data technologies such as data lakes, Databricks, and Apache frameworks
• Understanding of advanced AI concepts including Copilot, agentic AI, GPT models, and large language models (LLM)
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
• Programming skills in Python, R, or Java for AI development
• Knowledge of data mining and statistical analysis methods
• Experience developing and optimizing AI models tailored to specific use cases
• Experience with natural language processing and computer vision applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on AI advancements and trends
