Job Description & Requirements

• Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual requirements.

• Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters.

• Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.

• Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms schedule and cost.

• Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.

• Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.

• Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly.

• Report to top management periodically on status/progress of the project.

• Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 Years Experience in similar capacity. (Preferred Term Contract, A & A Experience).

• Able to work independently and lead project team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft office software.

Technical Skills

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Salary $4,500.00-$7,500.00
