About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Solar Account Manager to join our growing renewable energy team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about clean energy and enjoy developing new business opportunities while managing solar PV projects from proposal to completion.

Fresh graduates with relevant engineering qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey agreements.
• Prepare financial models to evaluate the commercial viability and returns of solar PV projects.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals and tender submissions.
• Conduct tender presentations and support the entire bidding process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for commercial and industrial(C&I) solar PV projects.
• Work closely with the Solar Project Management, Operations& Maintenance (O&M) team, and EPC contractors to ensure successful project implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial customers, SP Services, regulatory authorities, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct business development activities, including cold calling and canvassing of commercial and industrial buildings and factories.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in one of the following disciplines:
• Solar Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Environmental Engineering
• Or other related Engineering disciplines
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in the energy, solar, or renewable energy industry.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial models is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to conduct outdoor business development activities, including cold calling and canvassing.
• Fresh graduates with the relevant engineering qualifications are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Preferred Skills

• Candidates with experience in any of the following software will have an added advantage:
• Helioscope
• PVsyst
• AutoCAD
• Knowledge of designing solar PV systems for residential or commercial rooftops is preferred.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,000
