Job Summary

Support the sales and project teams by coordinating project activities, processing sales orders, and managing project documentation. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and all documents are accurately controlled and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project schedules and follow up on deliverables.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and progress updates.
• Coordinate site documentation, permits, and project correspondence where required.
• Maintain and update project records and reports.
• Manage document control, including document registration, revision control, filing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings, technical documents, and project deliverables.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and project teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or document control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or document management system experience is an advantage.
• Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
