Job Summary

Support club operations by managing member communications, scheduling classes, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email to provide clear and helpful information
• Schedule and coordinate gymnastics classes for members to ensure smooth program delivery
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe club environment
• Design posters to promote club events and activities effectively
• Manage overall administrative duties including record keeping and correspondence to support club operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate responsibility and reliability in completing assigned tasks
• Work independently while maintaining a strong customer service focus
• Exhibit good email writing skills to communicate professionally and clearly

Other Information

• Working hours: Saturdays 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Sundays 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Training will be provided
