Job Summary

Handles centre dministrative and enrolment operations by managing data entry, customer records, and course materials to ensure smooth centre functions and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately to maintain comprehensive customer records and generate reports for management review
• Manage enrolment, renewal, and post-enrolment processes to ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Assist the manager in updating accounting records and handling course termination procedures to maintain financial and operational accuracy
• Coordinate the distribution of quarterly learning materials to support course delivery and student engagement
• Communicate confidently with customers to address inquiries and provide clear information
• Organize tasks effectively and pay close attention to detail to ensure operational accuracy
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks and support centre operations efficiently

• Work days: Wednesday to Sunday
