Job Summary:

We are seeking an assistant manager to assist the director in managing the team. The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on and can multitask. The candidate should be skilled in different areas ranging from administration, accounts to digital marketing and operations. The candidate will also be involved and leading in modernizing the company in different facets.

Responsibilities:

Administration, Accounts, Operations, Digital marketing, Customer Service, etc.

Operations:

• Manage daily production operations to achieve delivery, quality, productivity, and efficiency targets.
• Lead, develop, and engage production teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs while identifying opportunities for productivity and cost improvements.

Admin and Accounts:

• Managing orders and ensuring accuracy in pricing and products.
• Preparing financial reports, account statements, and audit documentation to support compliance and review processes.

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing plans and strategies to drive achievement of corporate goals.
• Measure and analyze digital marketing performance using web analytics tools to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Manage e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate product listings and seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Independent, able to complete own tasks on time and a team player.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and external contacts.
• Proficient in accounting software (specifically Autocount) to perform core accounting functions.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

• Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 7am to 4pm.
