Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Department: Warehouse / Logistics & Operations

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required

JOB SUMMARY

Wrist Far East Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, upholding stringent quality standards, and ensuring full compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements. This position is well suited to an organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate effectively and read basic English to understand instructions, documentation, and safety notices.

• Safely operate a forklift in accordance with the licensing and certification requirements stipulated by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

• Perform warehouse duties efficiently within a fast-paced, high-volume operating environment.

• Demonstrate flexibility with regard to shift work, weekend duties, and public holidays to meet operational demands.

• Utilize inventory management software to accurately record, update, and upload data into the company system.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and continuously monitor the quality and condition of inventory.

• Store, arrange, and organize items in an efficient, systematic, and space-optimized manner.

• Adhere strictly to all health and safety procedures and regulations as directed by the Company and MOM.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Valid forklift operator's license and certification in line with MOM regulations advantage but not a MUST.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.

• Familiarity with inventory management software and data-entry systems.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Physically able to perform warehouse duties and handle goods safely.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• A proactive, dependable, and team-oriented approach to work.

The Warehouse Assistant is required to comply with all Company and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) health, safety, and regulatory procedures at all times. Maintaining a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues is an essential and non-negotiable component of this role.
