Job Summary

Join Wozair (Asia) as a Sales Engineer to support HVAC and air movement solutions across oil & gas, marine, and industrial sectors. This role offers training and hands-on experience managing RFQs, preparing proposals, and supporting project execution from quotation to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to RFQs (Request for Quotations) for HVAC equipment including dampers (fire, blast, control, pressure relief), louvres, ventilators, air handling units (AHUs), and fans to secure project opportunities
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals by developing specifications, performing calculations, and estimating costs to meet client requirements
• Analyze and review customer requirements from EPC contractors, shipyards, and oil & gas clients to ensure solution alignment
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Production teams to develop accurate, competitive HVAC solutions
• Conduct technical clarifications and address client queries to facilitate informed decision-making
• Follow up on submitted quotations and assist in closing sales orders to achieve revenue targets
• Support project execution documentation after Customer Purchase Order (PO) award to ensure smooth delivery
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to maintain strong customer relationships and project alignment
• Maintain and update sales pipeline and project tracking systems such as Excel and CRM tools to monitor progress and forecast sales

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with 2-3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Valid Class 3 Driving License

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Interest in HVAC systems, air movement engineering, and oil & gas applications
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with effective coordination skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
