Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, test, and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze, validate, and resolve data quality issues, reporting gaps, and control weaknesses.
Perform testing and gap analysis for regulatory reporting projects and system enhancements.
Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and vendors to gather requirements and resolve issues.
Support regulatory changes, reporting automation, and transformation initiatives.
Maintain documentation, reporting databases, and data governance standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of reporting and testing activities.
Drive process improvements and support ad-hoc reporting and regulatory assignments.

Experience / Knowledge Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in data analytics, regulatory reporting, testing, or banking operations.
Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Excel/VBA, Tableau, Power BI, and business intelligence tools.
Good understanding of data management, databases, data warehousing, and reporting processes.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, analytics, or regulatory reporting.
Familiarity with BNM regulatory reporting requirements and banking products is an advantage.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
