SATS Gateway Services provides airfreight and ground handling services including passenger services, ramp and baggage handling, aviation security services, aircraft cleaning and aviation laundry. SATS Food Solutions serves airlines and institutions, and operates central kitchens with large-scale food production and distribution capabilities for a wide range of cuisines. Key Responsibilities

- Establish Data source mapping for the food catering operations.
- Collaborate with HODs on KPIs to track and design and implement an Operational Excellence (OE) dashboard that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, fostering data transparency and promoting operational discipline throughout the organization. Assess existing workflows using process mapping to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend solutions using lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
- Assist in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement based on dashboard insights.

- Familiarity with process mapping tools and Lean methodologies.
