Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Candidates should possess solid Physical Security skills, including knowledge of access control, surveillance, incident response, and emergency procedures.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with guests, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management skills related to security processes, reporting, and coordination with hotel operations.
• Relevant experience in hospitality or property security, including shift-based work and incident management, is beneficial.
• Knowledge of local safety regulations and security standards in Malaysia is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in security management, criminology, hospitality, or a related field is preferred, along with basic computer literacy.
