Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract preparation, orientation, probation confirmation, performance reviews, contract renewals, and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and physical P-files, ensuring all personal and employment information is kept confidential and up to date.
• Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations, including Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permit (WP) applications through the relevant MOM platforms.
• Coordinate and monitor employee performance appraisals, probation assessments, and contract renewals.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  -Another administrative task if required

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Manage and process end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately [50–100] employees accurately and within the required timelines.
• Handle all statutory payroll submissions and contributions,
• Prepare and submit annual employee income tax reporting, including IR8A, as well as IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees.
• Administer employee benefits, including leave administration, medical claims, insurance, and other employee-related benefits.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond promptly to employees' queries relating to salary, payroll, benefits, and compensation.
