About the job

• Oversee the end-to-end execution and global rollout of enterprise-level HR technology solutions for both job applicants and internal staff.

• Direct matrixed project teams, managing timelines and documentation to guarantee solutions meet defined scope, budget, specifications, and stakeholder expectations.

• Manage project scope, scheduling, resource allocation, risk evaluation, and progress reporting, while driving reviews and escalating issues when necessary.

• Partner with key business leaders to determine, refine, and prioritize technical features according to business value.

• Keep strategic roadmaps current by routinely reviewing and adjusting for shifts in project scope and organizational focus.

• Act as a central bridge between corporate headquarters and regional divisions, nurturing sponsor relationships to drive sound decision-making.

• Facilitate organizational change management initiatives across affected business units.

Skills and requirements

• Proven track record leading complex, large-scale HR technology implementations in a matrixed enterprise environment.

• Demonstrated experience handling cross-functional project management, scope tracking, risk mitigation, and budgeting.

• Strong ability to engage, negotiate with, and influence senior leadership up to executive level.

• Experience in agile platform roadmap management, including feature prioritization and epic mapping.

• Background in cross-divisional liaison work and enterprise-wide change management execution.
