Job Summary

The Ethereal Life Pte. Ltd. seeks a Full-Time Sales Executive to drive business growth by prospecting, engaging business owners, arranging meetings, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable business prospects to expand the client base
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, WhatsApp, and other channels to engage potential clients
• Arrange and lead sales meetings to present company offerings clearly and professionally
• Handle client objections effectively to close sales deals
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and record all sales activities accurately
• Work consistently toward achieving monthly sales targets
• Handover successfully closed clients to the internal team for further processing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales, advertising, business development, or client acquisition
• Comfortable initiating contact with new prospects and business owners
• Confident in conducting both phone and face-to-face conversations
• Strong follow-up discipline to nurture leads and close deals
• Self-motivated and results-oriented to work independently within an established sales process
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Training and sales materials provided

Other Information

Compensation

• Basic Salary: SGD $2,000/month
• Commission: SGD $500 per successful paid sale
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance
