Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities within the logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and material-handling sectors.
Promote industrial batteries, lithium-ion battery systems, chargers and related solutions.
Conduct customer visits and site surveys to understand technical requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customers, forklift dealers and business partners.
Install, commission, inspect and test batteries and chargers.
Troubleshoot batteries, chargers, BMS, electrical connections and related systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance, repairs and battery health assessments.
Support lead-acid-to-lithium conversion and retrofit projects.
Investigate customer issues and provide technical support and training.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience with industrial batteries, chargers, forklifts or electrical systems is preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of DC electrical systems and electrical measuring tools.
Knowledge of lithium-ion BMS or CAN communication is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
Sales-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
Comfortable with hands-on work in industrial environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
Good English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
Willing to travel overseas occasionally.
