We are expanding our engineering team and hiring an Electronics Engineer specialized in Integrated Security Systems to join us at Multidata Engineering.

This role is for a technical candidate who possesses a solid engineering foundation and a genuine drive to learn from top industry experts.Working alongside senior mentors, you will connect complex hardware like sensors, AI cameras, intercoms, and industrial relays with unified facility operations. We provide comprehensive training to transform your engineering background into highly specialized automation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and optimize security tools including CCTV systems, IP cameras, card access units, biometric readers, alarms, and audio visual hardware.
• Assist senior mentors with system diagnostics, signal analysis, and fault isolation across multi brand control systems and communication nodes.
• Review engineering schematics, system topologies, and low voltage networks to resolve communication issues.
• Test and deploy physical connections between electronic security platforms and building assets like lifts, building management networks, and sterile facility controls.
• Coordinate with technology vendors, lift manufacturers, and subcontractors to verify hardware compatibility for custom automated setups.
• Run routine preventive maintenance testing to ensure constant uptime for surveillance and access infrastructure in safety critical environments.
• Provide technical support for system upgrades to ensure hardware integrates smoothly with modern automation software.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are highly welcome.
• Solid understanding of electronic circuits and low voltage concepts.
• Familiarity with general networking or data transmission concepts, which can include school projects.
• A logical mindset and a strong desire to learn and do hands on technical troubleshooting.
• Past experience with CCTV, access control, alarm systems automation is an advantage.
• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
