SOURDOUGH FACTORY LLP (Food Manufacturing – Artisan Bread Supply)

Part Time Bakery Assistant/Packer (Singaporean or PR)

Salary Range : $13 per hour

Location : 5 Mandai Link Mandai Foodlink (nearby Kranji MRT)

Working Day : 5 days a week (4 weekdays and Sunday)

Working Shift : 0700 - 1500 (30 break hour) or 1000 - 1800 (30 break hour)

AL and medical benefit entitlement 

Responsibility:

- Process ingredients scaling list

- Responsible for production of all dough

- To assist baking

- Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations

- To assist in dough shaping at table work station

- To portion and scale dough weight according to requirement

- To sort and arrange shaped dough by its code

- Any ad hoc duties assigned
