About JIN Kimchi
JIN Kimchi is a growing Singapore F&B brand specialising in Korean food and kimchi.
Our goal is to make good Korean food affordable, consistent and easy to enjoy. As we open more outlets, we are looking for reliable people who want a stable job and the opportunity to grow with the company.
What is the job?
The work is simple and follows a clear process:
1. Cook according to our SOP
2. Garnish, pack and serve
3. Keep your station clean and stocked
There is minimal preparation and no complicated cooking. If you can follow instructions, work consistently and take pride in serving good food, we can train you.
Work location
We have 12 locations islandwide!
Your assigned location will be discussed during the interview.
Working hours
- Around 10 working hours per day
- Choose between a 5-day or 6-day work week
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Rest day will usually fall on a weekday
Typical shift:
- 9:30am – 8:30pm (with Break in-between)
Salary
$2,600–$4,000 gross per month
Final salary depends on:
- Your 5-day or 6-day work package
- Relevant experience
- Monthly outlet performance bonus
What you’ll do
- Cook food using ingredients prepared by our central kitchen
- Follow our recipes, portions and SOPs
- Garnish, pack and serve food
- Replenish ingredients and packaging
- Keep the cooking area clean and organised
- Help with simple order taking when needed
Who we’re looking for
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow SOPs consistently
- Comfortable standing and working in a busy F&B environment
- Able to communicate in basic English
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
What you’ll receive
- Monthly outlet performance bonus
- Double pay for public holidays
- On-the-job training
- Opportunities to become operations manager.
