Duties & Responsiblities:

• Providing support to Sales/Project Department
• Performing day-to-day administrative duties and support including data entry, corresponds to emails and filing
• Providing assistance to colleagues with their inquiries
• Assisting to create Sales Item Master (IM) by using ERP system
• Preparing for Customers’ Delivery and printing of Delivery Order
• Preparing sales report

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to commence work within short notice
