Job Description

·        Manage the lifecycle of assigned products andbusiness applications

·        Develop and maintain product/applicationroadmaps aligned with business objectives.

·        Identify opportunities for new products,features, integrations, and system improvements.

·        Monitor application performance, availability,usability, and overall user satisfaction.

·        Ensure applications remain scalable, secure,maintainable, and fit for business needs.

·        Review existing applications and identifyopportunities for optimization and modernization.

·        Manage application enhancements, upgrades,integrations, and new implementations

·        Work with senior management and businessstakeholders to understand strategic priorities.

·        Convert business strategies into practicalproduct and technology initiatives.

·        Develop product vision, objectives, roadmaps,and delivery plans.

·        Conduct market, competitor, and technologyresearch where relevant.

·        Define and track product KPIs and successmetrics.

·        Translate business requirements into clear userstories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

·        Lead, coordinate, and support theapplication/product team.

·        Assign tasks and priorities based on projectrequirements and team capabilities.

·        Mentor and develop team members to improvetechnical, product, and business capabilities.

·        Establish effective ways of working acrossproduct, application, development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.

·        Monitor team workload, performance, and deliverycommitments.

·        Provide guidance and support in resolvingcomplex application and project issues.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,Software Engineering, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

·        Relevant professional certifications in ProductManagement, Project Management, IT Service Management, or Business Analysis arean advantage.

·        Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experiencein product management, application management, software development, IT projectmanagement, business analysis, or a similar role.

·        Demonstrated experience delivering projects fromconcept to implementation.

·        Experience working with cross-functional teamsand multiple business stakeholders.

·        Experience managing or leadingapplication/product teams is highly desirable.

·        Experience working with external vendors,implementation partners, or technology providers is an advantage.

·        Product roadmaps and backlog management

·        Application testing and quality assurance

·        Release and deployment processes

·        Project management and delivery

·        Vendor and third-party management

·        Application security and risk management

·        Able to communicate effectively with seniormanagement, business users, developers, and technical specialists.

·        Strong ability to turn plans and ideas intodelivered outcomes.

·        Able to coach, mentor, motivate, and developteam members.
