Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily site operations and work schedules

Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and timelines

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

Manage site manpower, materials, and resource allocation effectively

Ensure strict compliance with safety (HSE) and quality standards on site

Prepare site reports, progress updates, and related documentation

Identify site challenges (e.g. soil conditions, technical constraints) and recommend mitigation measures

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

2 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects

Comfortable working in a site-based/outdoor environment

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage
