Job Responsibilities

Experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Java and modern application development technologies to design, develop, and deliver enterprise software solutions. The successful candidate will provide technical consulting, support solution design, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to software engineering best practices.

• Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
• Lead technical solution design, application architecture, and system integration activities.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Perform technical analysis, effort estimation, solution reviews, and risk assessments for project delivery.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and software quality requirements.
• Support system integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture documents, and deployment guides.
• Contribute to business development by supporting solution proposals, technical presentations, and effort estimations where required.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers by providing technical guidance and promoting best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, development methodologies, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining
•  Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Spring Framework,Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, Node.js, PHP, Scala, and Laravel.
• Experience with frontend frameworks including AngularJS, Angular, and React.js.
•  Knowledge of AWS Serverless, Akka, and cloud-native application development.
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Aurora.
• Experience with build and dependency management tools such as Maven, Gradle, npm, and Yarn.
• Proficiency with version control tools including Git, Bitbucket, and SVN.
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, AWS,and Linux/Windows environments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•  Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
