School Receptionist | Central

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to unwell or injured students and administer basic first aid when required.
• Manage front desk reception, enquiries, incoming calls, and mail.
• Maintain office and first-aid supplies, including first-aid kit inventory.
• Update student records and monitor class attendance.
• Provide administrative support and assist with school events and activities.
• Support general office operations and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred, especially within a school environment.
• Valid First Aid, CPR & AED Certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
