Manage daily workflow: Direct on-site staff, organize work schedules, and assign tasks.
Enforce safety rules: Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety requirements and site regulations.
Coordinate teams: Work and liase with director, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Track resources: Order building materials and manage equipment logistics. Coordinate the delivery and proper arrangement of materials, plants and equipment at site.
Report progress: Maintain site logs and update management on delays or issues.
Project management: To involve in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating technical and management aspects of projects.
Attend meetings: Arrange and attend regular meetings with directors, workers and subcontractors to monitor progress, resolve site issues and ensure project targets are achieved.
Other tasks: Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, site supervision or project management, fencing industry is preferred.
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
Have knowledge of construction processes, site coordination and project supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
Responsible, punctual, organised and able to work independently.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Able to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and workers.
Willing to work at project sites and travel when required. (KEDAH, KUALA LUMPUR, SEREMBAN)
