- Source new B2B sales leads and pitch learning solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from cold outreach to contract closing.
Client Consultation and Needs Analysis
- Meet HR and C-suite leaders to assess workforce skill gaps.
- Recommend tailored leadership, technical, or soft-skills programs.
- Design customized corporate training proposals.
Account Management and Compliance
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate accounts.
- Guide clients on local training grants and claim processes (such as HRD Corp/HRDF claims in Malaysia).
- Coordinate with internal trainers and program designers to ensure smooth delivery.
Market Research and Strategy
- Track industry learning trends and competitor offerings.
- Identify new market segments or high-demand corporate skills.
- Promote programs through networking, events, and digital channels.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
