Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide end-user support for various software applications, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new IT solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems（Windows/Mac os）, peripherals, and other IT equipment(Printers、VoIP IP、CCTV Surveillance).
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 1–2 years of IT Support/Help Desk experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory (user/group management, GPO，DNS/DHCP, SMB, SFTP) and email client configuration.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Basic understanding of data center servers, server rack installation, networking, and firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and computer hardware.
• Eager to learn and keep up with new technologies.
