Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin is preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Polymer Materials, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in process engineering or equipment maintenance/repair within the medical device, precision metal, or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of pneumatic and electrical principles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel, including creating charts and analyzing data.
• Proficient in at least one 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks, UG NX, or Pro/ENGINEER (Creo).
• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair is preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting skills, including equipment fault diagnosis and component replacement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SOPs and work standards, and ensure proper execution on the production.
• Maintain and optimize process parameters to ensure stable production performance.
• Control and optimize processes based on the company’s standard labor hours.
• Responsible for engineering validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well as engineering change management.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs, and establish and manage the spare parts inventory.
• Monitor equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and conduct monthly OEE performance analysis.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
