Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior IT Executive to support the Company’s IT infrastructure, business systems, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between users and external IT system vendors, ensuring business applications, fleet systems, ERP systems, and other digital platforms operate efficiently while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.

This role is based at HQ but requires frequent travel to operational branches to provide on-site IT support, system implementation, user training, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Support

• Provide first-level IT support to HQ and branch users.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and user-related issues.

• Coordinate IT equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance (e.g. email, computers, mobile devices, office networks, etc.)

Business Systems & Application Management

• Act as the primary coordinator for all business systems, fleet management systems, ERP systems, mobile applications, GPS platforms, and other digital solutions.

• Gather operational requirements from users and communicate enhancement requests to system vendors.

• Coordinate system testing (UAT), implementation, and rollout of new features.

• Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Maintain documentation for system changes, user guides, and SOPs.

Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.

• Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Finance, HR, and Management to improve system efficiency.

• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, alerts, and operational analytics.

• Support future ERP and digital transformation projects.

Branch Support

• Travel to branches to provide on-site IT support.

• Conduct user training and system onboarding.

• Ensure branch IT equipment and systems are functioning properly.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of IT support or system administration experience.

• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and databases.

• Experience coordinating with software vendors or supporting ERP/Fleet Management Systems is an advantage.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
