V3bio is looking for a hands-on and technically competent Production & Engineering Executive to support our expanding medical device manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to achieve quality, productivity and delivery targets.
• Supervise production operators and ensure compliance with SOPs, , ISO 13485 and other regulatory / statutory requirements.
• Manage production machinery, equipment, utilities and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Support installation, commissioning, qualification and validation of new equipment and process.
• Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage and equipment performance.
• Support cleanroom, RO water system, HVAC and other manufacturing utilities.
• Drive process improvement, automation and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production, engineering and maintenance documentation.
• Work closely with QA/ QC, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams
• Part of process validation team

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in production, engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, cleanroom or regulated manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, equipment maintenance and validation preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on and proactive
