Job description:

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to manage, optimise, and strategically develop our M365 environment. This contract role is ideal for professionals with deep M365 administration expertise, a strong understanding of compliance and governance, and a passion for driving adoption and digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and optimise all M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform
• Configure and maintain security, compliance, and governance features
• Oversee daily operations: user provisioning, license management, service requests, incident resolution
• Act as the M365 technology advocate, delivering workshops and training to increase adoption
• Develop and maintain the M365 roadmap aligned with business goals
• Maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, configuration baselines, and best practice guidelines
• Identify optimisation opportunities and lead improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on M365 administration experience
• Deep knowledge of M365 workloads, architecture, and integration points
• Strong compliance and security expertise: Conditional Access, MFA, Microsoft Defender
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
• Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert, Power Platform experience, hybrid M365 environment exposure
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and innovative with a digital transformation mindset

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
