1. HR Business Partnering
- Partner with Country Manager and department heads on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide HR advice and guidance on employee-related matters.
- Support business growth through talent and people strategies.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Facilitate change management and organizational development programs.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment activities for all positions.
- Ensure recruitment processes are fair, objective, and compliant with company policies.
- Manage manpower planning and headcount budgets.
- Coordinate onboarding and probation management.
- Ensure conflict-of-interest declarations are obtained during recruitment.
3. Employee Relations
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct investigations into workplace complaints.
- Ensure fair treatment of all employees.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace.
- Support conflict resolution and mediation efforts.
4. Performance Management
- Facilitate annual performance review processes.
- Support managers in setting performance objectives.
- Coach managers on performance improvement plans (PIP).
- Identify high-potential employees and succession candidates.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage salary review and bonus processes.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Administer statutory benefits.
- Review market competitiveness of compensation packages.
6. HR Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Ensure HR policies remain updated and legally compliant.
7. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Foster a respectful multi-cultural and multi-racial workplace.
- Ensure equal employment opportunities.
- Prevent discrimination.
8. Learning & Development
- Identify organizational training needs.
- Coordinate leadership development initiatives.
- Manage training budgets and HRDC claims where applicable.
- Support employee career development planning.
9. Industrial Relations & Investigations
- Manage disciplinary processes.
- Liaise with legal counsel when required.
- Manage labor disputes and Industrial Relations matters.
10. Policy & Culture Leadership
- Drive company culture initiatives.
- Promote ethical conduct and compliance.
- Support whistleblowing mechanisms.
- Ensure employees can raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
